This was a great holiday. La Cava is in the middle of nowhere, but this is great if you want to relax. Good restaurants are not too far away. The house is huge, with four separate flats. Ideal for large families or friends. The host (Andrea) is a really nice guy and a marvelous cook! Enjoy the gardens and the sun at the pool. We can absolutely recommend La Cava. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

We spent one week at Lamole - the proprietor checked us in and had greeted us with a bottle of Chianti and freash figs and grapes from the property - Fabulous. The home was very comfortable, relaxing and charming! We would not hesitate to return to this property. The location was suberb - 10 minutes from Greve - esay for groceries and the like - we took day trips to SanGimignano, Montepulciano, Sienna, Cortona, Radda, Castelina in CHianti, Piza and many small towns in between. It was wonderful to travel on the less busy country roads (all paved) and enjoy the scenery and local flavor. We also where 10 minutes from one of the best restaurants I have every eaten at - anywhere! Ristoro di Lamole - the proprietor Phillipo and his fabulous staff turned every evening into a special occasion. Our Villa was situatated just between Greve and the restaurant. Be sure to bring your own music source (Ipod and speakers) as there is none provided. We did not need any heat while we were there but it was equipped with a beautiful wood fireplace and hot water radiators in each room. Motto Bene!! and Grazia to Barbara!

The property was lovely and well maintained. I loved having the olive trees and vineyards right on the property. The location was nice - with good access to the bus stop and a short ride into Florence. I didn't deal with the agency directly, as my nephew made the arrangements, but the caretaker was very responsive to our questions and came every day to check on things. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large group looking for a true Tuscan experience.

The property was good value for money. The cleaning was above standard - looked like the owner often would stay there themselves. The owner and all persons around the property and the tuscan meals we ordered was all very helpful and freindly. They added great value to our stay, and made everything very genuine tuscan. Dealing with the agency was problem-free.

We had a really great time at Casa Pippo. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful we didn't want for anything except maybe more time there. My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed the pool, we had perfect weather our whole trip. Five of us took the cooking class and it will be something we will never forget...the food was great, just the interaction between everyone made it an unforgetable day. Would definetly recommend Casa Pippo to anyone who wants a total Italian experience. Thank you, Francesco, Elisabetta and Francesca Karen

The Villa was superb and very relaxing. Great views. The owners very accommodating. Checked on us everyday to make sure everything was OK. Neat little village with a great pizza place next to the meat market. Streets are steep and narrow so don't get a big car.

4 Archi was truly beautiful. The villa was everything we had hoped for and the decor was lovely. Roberto and Giovanna were very nice and helpful. I do think pricing on dinners could be more clearly noted ahead of time to let renters know that there are 3 different possibilities and price levels. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.
