This was a lovely location for us, the setting was rural, among beautiful farmland and lanes. It was about 2km to walk into Montepulciano, which we did often. Otherwise it was necessary to have a car. The space was clean, well equipped and felt very authentic farm-house style accommodation.

The property is lovely but the house was very cold and humid when we arrived most likely because it was not rented for a while and the weather was bad for the first week of our stay. The owner is a wonderful man, very helpful and gave us good information. He also met us at the airport on arrival, which was very nice of him. The town of Greve is beautiful as all of the Chianti area. We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend dealing with your agency - it was very easy and efficient.

Apologies for it taking us so long to give our feedback. We've been talking about the amazing time we had in Tuscany (in May 2012) ever since we arrived home. The little house and property were amazing. Apart from the drive up the "mountain," which we weren't quite anticipating, the house offered everything that we needed. The privacy and quietness were refreshing, and the owners, who we met briefly, were friendly and helpful. We talk weekly about returning to Italy sometime in the future and regularly recommend this property to friends and co-workers who inquire.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Villa Nicola. We were there for a week with three other families for a total of 8 adults and 5 children, and had plenty of luxurious room inside and out. The soccer field, pool, available bikes, ping pong table, and lovely patio were so welcoming after a day of sightseeing around Tuscany. Every night, we all gathered on the patio for delicious candlelit dinners (3 chefs in the group!) as the sun was setting and lingered over bottles of local reds we'd picked up during the day. It was totally private, well stocked, tastefully decorated and very well maintained. Location was great for trips to the beach, Lucca, Pisa, and surrounding hill towns. The booking all went smoothly with your agency. Absolutely would recommend for groups with children - the one thing that we didn't have to worry about because our children are older is that the pool is not fenced - could be a concern with smaller children/toddlers.

The property was in perfect conditions. House is fully equipped and rooms are very comfortable. Great social area with pool table, soccer table and home theatre. Pool is a great plus although did not have heating system. We had Miss Ana cooked for us during our stay and she made the difference!! She is a great cook and lovely person. The owners were very polite and willing to provide anything that we needed, excellent service. The town is very close, you can have a 20 min walk to the downtown or ride the bicycle. Driving to the beach will take no more than 15 to 20 min. If you are taking small children be aware that there are many stairs due to the slope of the terrain. Finally, i would strongly recommend this house to anyone looking to have the TUSCANY experience.

Our stay at Firenze Villa was amazing!! The internet photos do not do it justice. The house is beautiful, big enough so suit a large family. It has every amenity and is decorated superbly. The highlight for us were the incredible views..... You cannot believe that standing atop the hill looking out over the countryside that you are actually so close to Florence. In 10 minutes you are at the train station and in another 10 minutes you are in beautiful Florence. All of our dealings were done smoothly and efficiently and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would recommend this VIlla highly and hope to return in the not too distant future!!

The villa was fabulous. We couldn't have chosen a more typical Tuscan farmhouse or a more perfect outlook. The terraces and gardens are beautifully kept and the personal family touches in terms of furnishing and decoration made it extra special. The villa amply accommodated our extended family from 3 continents and the pool/games areas kept children and adults well entertained. Cooking facilites were really good, although we gratefully used the services of Alessia to prepare a number of meals for us. She was charming and professional and took much of the stress out of feeding the masses. Stephanie, who met us on arrival and checkout was a great asset in terms of information and advice. I would wholeheartedly recommend the property for simlar groups.
