A classial Tuscan villa restored with four self catering Tuscan apartments on the northern coast of Tuscany. These seaside rental apartments are only a few km from the sandy beaches of Viareggio, easily accessed by car or public transportation. The rental apartments range from one to three bedrooms for 2 to 5 persons. Each apartment is fully equipped including a washer machine in the bathroom. Furnished simply and comfortably, these self catering apartments in Tuscany offer a unique possibility to enjoy the Tuscan seaside and the marble mountains of Tuscany.
The owner`s pride and joy is the lush green flower and veggie garden which surrounds this Tuscan residence. The owner frequently supplies her guests with fresh vegetables and fruit as it becomes ripe. In addition, as a guest at these Tuscan rental apartments you will have full access to the pool and the shady trees. Each apartment has its own outdoor terrace space overlooking the olive grove in front of the villa. This is a secluded piece of Tuscany tucked into a private fenced in yard. Set on the outskirts of a little Tuscany town, you can walk to an Italian restaurant, cafe and stores. Only a short drive in either direction to the seaside or the mountains to experience the extremes of the Tuscan landscape. Towns like Lucca, Pisa, Carrara and Florence are all easy day trips.

Wir besuchten das Haus Doria von 16.bis 23. August.
Ich möchte Ihnen auf diesem Weg mitteilen, dass uns der Aufenthalt im
Haus Villa Doria sehr gefallen hat. Das Haus mit seinem wunderbaren
Garten und den alten Olivenbäumen hat schon einen ganz besonderen
Erholungswert.
Anbei ein Foto meiner Familie vor der Wohnung Padronale, die wir
bewohnten.
Liebe Grüße auch an Frau Bambini, die das Haus und vor allem den
prächtigen Garten liebevoll pflegt.

Paula made us feel extremely welcome, she went out of her way time and time again. The villa grounds were exceptional and the pool was good too. The location near to a small square with its own restaurant and shops is also very good.
Great location for day trips to Florence, Lucca & Pisa and of course the beach.
All in all we had a great time, with a bit of a mix up at the start.
