Villa del Conte is a luxury Tuscan farmhouse located in a Chianti vineyard at the doors of Arezzo. This spacious villa accommodates up to 18 people in the main house, and offers as a Dependance a detached cottage only 500m far from the villa. Ideal for family reunions, anniversaries, weddings or groups of friends that look for a special vacation. You will feel how a real Count used to spend his summertime in the green Tuscan countryside. At the same time, modern conveniences are guaranteed: deluxe private swimming pool, SAT TV, dishwasher, washing machine. The caretaker is very kind and will help you to arrange day-trips and wine tours in the region. Upon request you can have a cook that comes in the house to prepare a delicous dinner for you!

Raleigh, USA, POSTED: 22/10/2005 Cafe Naboo is great. Cortona is a gem. Others enjoyed Orvieto, the Prada outlets, Chianti SS 222 especially Greve. Hypercoop is a great experience. I could have just stayed in the town of Arezzo for all of its charm, hospitality and shopping. Must come during the antique market. Fun Fun
The vineyard that villa was situated on was a working vineyard and for those that have not seen it, the harvest time is the best time to see how wine is made. We met the count and toured the facility. The villas antiquity gave me a feeling of how people lived back "in the old days". A fire in hearth with friends and good wine added charm to our holidays. |
