| Oakland,, USA, POSTED: 29/10/2007 We walked comfortably into town, maybe 15 minutes. There is parking right at the edge of town. Carla and Franco were very helpful. We were 14 and had a great experience - sharing the baths was not a problem. It's beautiful - You can't see too many of the views from the common rooms in the house (but we were inside only after dark). We used the formal dining room several times and loved our meals. We agreed that with more than a week we'd have spent more time at the Villa but it served as a perfect base for our explorations. The villa was better in fact than it had looked in the photos (especially the kitchen and informal eating area. Google directions were perfect. |
