This luxury vacation rental home located only a short distance from Rome offers truly the best of both worlds - not only a short distance from Rome but a holiday home positioned in a tranquil setting in the Roman countryside. Exposed to the natural breezes and constant sun the villa offers a garden lush with green and colorful plants and a super large private pool. The Rome vacation villa is divided on two floors and has 6 large bedrooms plus a sofa bed so that a group of 14 persons will comfortable stay here. Each room is flooded with natural light and bright colors, a modern furnishing accented with family antiques mixes with luminous environment to create a pleasing atmosphere. The ground floor of the vacation villa encompasses the living space opening up to a large living room and dining room area and two bedrooms - a double and a room with two singles for children. The owner lives right next door and is available to assist you with any questions! The kitchen is complete with all modern amenities including a dishwasher, super large refridgerator and washer.
The second floor has the remaining bedrooms and a second sitting room, great for large groups that need space to spread out and enjoy some privacy. Close to public transport, this vacation rental is ideal for visiting Rome or other parts of Italy and Tuscany by train. Places like Spoleto and Terni are only a short distance away. Italian food stores and Rome cafes are only a few km from the villa.
