Fantastic view of the Tuscan coast from this lovely two bedroom beach vacation villa rental. A family with young children, a romantic get away or just a couple friends looking to be close to the lovely Tuscan ocean front will find this holiday rental perfect for their needs. This self catering vacation rental is situated in a two floor villa - the ground floor belongs to an Italian family who visit in the summer. The first floor has a large covered terrace which has a stupendous view over the ocean and prime position for sunsets!
The villa opens to a large living room area and there is easy access to the covered terrace and the green garden area. The dining room and kitchen make up the main front area and offer easy access to picnics outside.
There are two bedrooms - a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom suitable for young children or one adult. There is a large bathroom with small tub - where you can use it as a shower or perfect for small children. There is also a shower in the garden area to brush off all the sand from your beach expeditions. The garden offers tables and chairs to cool off in the lovely shaded area with lots of local fauna.
The owner has installed a clotheswasher and Sat TV - and there is private parking for one vehicle. It is literally a few km from the beaches, stores and restaurants - perfect for a holiday get away of sun and fun! Towns like Grosseto and Folonica are only a few minutes in the car - and you will find exciting historical sites and national parks all along the coast.

| Germering, Deutschland, POSTED: 15/07/2006 zur Anreise: die Strasse führt weiter aufwärts als beschrieben und die geraden Hausnummern beginnen sehr spät! Entfernung zum Strand 2,0 km, es ist rechts kein wilder Strand mehr, hier haben sich mittlerweile viele Badeanlagen etabliert. Unser Gesamteindruck ist aber sehr gut und wir planen unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder in diesem Haus zu verbringen. |
| Bornheim, D -53332, POSTED: 29/07/2004 Besonders gefielen uns der Garten und Balkon, insbesondere die vielen Möglichkeiten, sich in die Sonne bzw. den Schatten zu setzen oder zu legen, wie man auch immer will. Ich weiß nicht warum, aber wir dachten der Strand sei näher und -mit 2-jährigem Kind- auch zu Fuß erreichbar (auch zurück); aber das ist nicht realistisch. Ansonsten ist das Haus mit dem Garten wirklich schön und Castiglione auch echt nett. |
