Completly restored Tuscan rental vacation villa with large heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi and enough room for large groups. This six bedrooms, four bathroom holiday home rental in Tuscany is located right outside of Arezzo, near a charming little town called Pergine and several delicious vineyards. Laid out on two floors this deluxe vacation villa rental offers all modern amenities and comforts.
The postion of the holiday home permits morning strolls to town for some hot pastries and a fresh cup of capuccino. There is a large heated swimming pool only 60 meters from the villa in the middle of the family olive grove, where you can catch some Tuscan sun and a well lit outside terrace where you can sit and chat until the small hours of the night. The first floor of this lovely Tuscan rental has a spacious living room with fireplace, a large dining room and functional kitchen, loaded with dishwasher, oven, fireplace for grilling, large frige and freezer. The owner has maintained the open living areas while givingyou lots of access to the garden areas. There is a bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor. The second floor has the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a second sitting room, laundry room and a small terrace with direct access to the BBQ area.
The villa is strategially set between the beautiful towns of Arezzo and Greve in Chianti - with easy access to public transportation and major highways to go to Florence, Siena, Assisi and the largest lake in central Italy Lago Trasimeno.

| Olean, USA, POSTED: 01/06/2008 This was the vacation of a lifetime! La Maesta was even more wonderful than we hoped for. The Villa is VERY comfortable, spacious and interesting...so much history! The grounds were fantastic! The pool, the flowers, and all of the little treasures we found tucked here and there were amazing. There was not one single thing that did not live up to our dreams of a Tuscan vacation. Alex and Massimo (and Federico, of course) are so gracious. Do not skip the possibility of a meal prepared by them. WOW! We loved our first night meal so much that we asked them to prepare our last night's meal! And do explore the area vineyards and olive groves. We especially loved the oilo from "La Pieve" (and the wine from anywhere!). If you are looking for a vacation "under the Tuscan sun" look no further. We will definitely go back. We can't wait! |

In nur ein paar Minuten kommt man zu Fuß in den Ort. Dort bekommt man fast alles was man benötigt. Das Restaurant im Ort " Le Cantine" ist sehr zu empfehlen.
1 Woche ist zu wenig!!!

| Tampa, USA, POSTED: 07/07/2007 This Villa is extrodinary. Alessandra and Massimo, the owners, were extremely gracious hosts. They cooked us a wonderful dinner on two seperate nights. The Villa was spotless and beautifully furnished. The nearby town is a charming place to visit. The restaurant La Cantina in the town that is walking distance from this villa was excellent. The Villa is magnificent. The only concern about this Villa is that we didn't ever want to leave. |

| Bel Air, USA, POSTED: 17/08/2006 We really loved the villa -- it is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the outside eating area with the barbecue. The pool added a lot of enjoyment to the villa. Also, I reserved a chef and later learned it was the owners of the villa. The meal was wonderful and we were perfectly satisfied, it just would have been nice to know that is what we were getting. |
