| Bognor Regis, West Sussex, POSTED: 20/09/2008 The Ristorante Pizzeria was excellent and the local Coffee Bar but unfortunatley it was closed our last week. The near by villages were wonderful roads clear beautiful scenery.The people who owned the villa were lovely very firendly. |
| paso robles, united states, POSTED: 09/08/2008 The villa is situated in a beautiful location overlooking a wonderful view of the country side greenery. You´ll need a car to get to the villa or the small town found nearby which is quaint and pretty; the people there are very friendly. There is a small cinema in town, as well as a grocery store, produce store, misc goods and hardware store, restaurant, and coffee shop that has imported gellato. There are plenty of walking/hiking trails around the area that take you through wonderful scenery and some place you high above the Villa on the surrounding hills. The owner, Maria Luisa, and her family were very kind and generous with us and took very good care of us. We arrived at the train station in Contea late, after the buses had stopped running but Maria Luisa's family arranged to have us picked up and even gave us food to make dinner with because the market was already closed. |

The areas was just perfect for the two of us. It was a perfect spot for a getaway. The shopping in the town of Londa was convenient on the way to the villa...as was the nearby train station at Contea-Londa. I was so glad to be able to use the bank machine in town as well. |
| Newport, UK, POSTED: 25/09/2007 There are some wonderful restaurants and bakeries in Ruffina. The villa and surrounding area are absolutely beautiful. It is very remote so I wouldn't like to be there without a car, it's an absolute delight! |
