| Villa Rica, USA, POSTED: 12/09/2007 Francesca was very helpful as was Gabriella. And both were very pleasant. The views were amazing. The location was very convenient to many wonderful hill towns. Must go to the Castle Vanzano (ask Francesca) for dinner...fabulous! We had the priviledge of dining with the Patron and his friends. What a night to remember! Loved Poppi, Cortona, Montepuciano and Arezzo! On the main street in Subbiano is a great supermercato for groceries...don't bother with Ipercoop in Arezzo. No dryer for clothing, so make use of the clothes line. Pool was beautiful but water very cold...was warming up just before we left. |

Ruhe, tolle Landschaft, mal schnell zum Supermarkt, ein kleiner Sprung zu einem wirklich erstklassigen Restaurant (Empfehlung von Gabriela perfekt!). Was will man mehr? Der Abschied von einem solchen Haus fällt schwer! Im Internet wird der Eindruck der realen Größe und Herrlichkeit kaum wieder gegeben werden! |

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und wir haben uns sofot zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist außerdem so großzügig, daß man bei einer großen Gruppe auch mal zurückziehen kann. Ganz toll!
Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant im Castello di Valenzano - günstig, tolle Atmosphäre und ein wunderschönes Castello. Ansonsten war alles prima! |

We really liked the way that the villa was broken up into separate apartments, which gave us all quite a bit of privacy, and yet wonderful common spaces for us all to gather and spend time together. The owner was very nice and helpful. We would recommend it to anyone. |

| Davidsonville, USA, POSTED: 08/09/2006 The villa was very comfortable. Large rooms. We had a cook make us our first meal on Saturday when everyone was so tired from the travelling. She brought a light meal for Sunday and enough basics so we didnt have to rush out Sunday morning to get stuff. She helped get us settled and gave excellent ideas for restaurants and day trips. The grounds keeper was extremely helpful also.
We plan on returning to Tuscany in a couple of years. The restaurant La Gravenna just north on sr 71 was very good. Bring your appetite, the price fixed meal really filled you up with the multiple courses. |
