Deluxe villa rental between Florence and Rome for large groups, family reunions and holiday celebrations. The main villa will sleep in total up to 22 persons - with 8 bedrooms and en suite bathrooms plus two rooms with a single bed each. There is also a large dependance with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room area with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Thus a group of upto 22 persons is a perfect in this rental villa right outside of Chiusi.
The Tuscan villa rental is equipped with all modern amenities including a kitchen with dishwasher, clotheswasher, stove, large refrigerator with freezer and fireplace. There are two living room areas one with a Sat TV and video equipment and the second living room with large french doors that open to the beautifully cared for garden. All bedrooms have A/C !!

Great sunsets and sun-rises; it's surrounded by olive groves and there are only groves and vineyards between the villa and Sarteano on the South and Chianciano on the West. It is very conveniently situated for trips to Sarteano, Chiusi, Chianciano-Terme, Montepulchiano, Pienza, Trasemeno, Cortonna, Montalchino & Sienna. Florence is only 1.5h away. We were even able to make a day trip to Pisa. The owner/caretaker of the villa was very responsive to any needs. The service was friendly and there were no unanticipated charges. The caretaker doesn't speak English so for English-only clients you may need to get the help of the staff in the office to translate. We had a great time! |
