Leominster, United State, POSTED: 18/08/2008 This Villa is exactly as advertised, and just as beautiful as you see on the web site. We were a group of 15, so we utilized every bedroom including the mini suites. It could not have been more perfect. The layout, along with private bathrooms for each room, made it perfect to both enjoy your own space when you needed or to gather as a group. Wireless internet was available along with large screen satellite TV. We opted to have a dinner cooked for us on our first evening, knowing we would not have time to pick up our car rentals and would be weary travelers. I highly recommend it. Although it was bit pricey when you consider the USD conversion to Euro it was worth every penny it was a perfect way to start off our vacation. We opted to have breakfast the first morning as well. The grounds were immaculately kept, pool beautiful, the view gorgeous and location ideal. We were within one hour or closer to most of what we wanted to see, Cortona, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienze plus a 10 minute drive to Arezzo and the train station that would take you to Florence, Rome. Romano and Marta were wonderful hosts - and we shed a tear when we said goodbye after our 16 day visit (which was too short, I might add). We are still watching the Video and yearning to go back. Tuscany is breathtakingly beautiful. Do it!!! You will never regret it.
Reistad, Norway, POSTED: 11/08/2008 The villa was beautiful! The staff was wonderful, and we would love to come back! Visit Cortona!
New York, USA, POSTED: 19/07/2008 A lovely, spacious villa, great location, beautiful outdoor dining area and pool. We appreciated the relative equality of most of the bed/bath suites.
St Martins, UK, POSTED: 15/07/2008 The overall service provided with meals cooked in the villa was excellent. Esselunge supermarket was brilliant
Viernheim,, Deutschland, POSTED: 28/06/2008 Ein wunderbares Haus. Der Besitzer, die Mitarbeiter sehr nette Menschen. Hilfsbereit, freundlich. Schönes Anwesen, tolle Lage, alles bestens.
Severna Park, USA, POSTED: 30/07/2007 The villa was an excellent venue for us and met our needs perfectly. Its location and size are ideal for a large group that wants to take advantage of the surrounding countryside for day trips.
Jersey City, United States, POSTED: 08/09/2006 The pool and tennis court were great! Overall lounging and sitting space was very comfortable. We found that is was very easy to visit other towns and villages from this location either driving or taking the train out of Arezzo (the station was a 10 minute drive from the villa).
Austin, USA, POSTED: 15/07/2006 Arezzo is centrally located, and parking at the train station is fairly adequate. It is a great town to base in, because trips to Roma, Firenze, Sienna, Cortona, Orvieto, all took just an hour or less (Florence/Firenze was only 30 minutes by train).
Everything was immaculate, mostly new condiditon. The pool was wonderful, especially after the weather warmed up a bit. The tennis courts were fun.
Great Falls, USA, POSTED: 15/07/2006 Take the drive to Cinque Terra - Romano gave us great directions and it is amazing! If you go to Florence, arrange for a private walking tour and you will have a great day -- you can also get a shopping tour!
Francesca and Romano were wonderful to us; very friendly and concerned about how we liked the villa and Tuscany. Gave us directions, dinner recommendations, etc. They are very nice people and made the stay at Agazzi very pleasant. The villa is very beautiful and they obviously take very good care of it.
