Having returned to rainy England, my mind keeps drifting back to sitting in the gardens in the warm summer evening with a glass of chianti in hand. The contact Paola, was very welcoming and friendly. |
| Stavanger, Norway, POSTED: 28/06/2008 Many of the rooms were in fact nicer than they appeared on the photos!Silent, no disturbing traffic or noisy neighbours. Nice view and a cool breeze. The big and well equipped kitchen was very suitable for people who like to cook (and with a pizza oven!). An industrial size dishwasher made everything a lot easier. The resturant run by the villa owner was excellent. Only a couple of hundred meeters to walk on a picturesque road. The villa is well situated for day trips to e.g. Siena and other Tuscan towns. |

Große Zimmer (kleine, einfache Bäder). Charmante, schöne Einrichtung. Zwei traumhafte Kaminzimmer. Grill (2 Stück) vor Ort. Unbedingt im 500 m entfernten Restaurant an der Ecke der Zufahrtstraße zur Villa essen gehen. Vorher reservieren, Restaurant füllt sich schnell. Alles perfekt und ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. | Bergisch Gladbach, Deutschland, POSTED: 18/07/2007 Die Atmosphäre des Hauses war toll, die Lage sehr schön, es gab genug schattige Plätze und Sonnenschirme; schöner großer Pool. Es wurde dreimal in der Woche geputzt und regelmäßig der Pool gesäubert. Nebenan wohnte ein Ehepaar, das sich ständig unauffällig um alles kümmerte.
Ein sehr schönes Restaurant, wo wir gut und mit Spaß gegessen haben, war zu Fuß erreichbar

| Budapest, Hungary, POSTED: 06/07/2007 One evening we requested for an italian cook for cooking a tuscan dinner and it was more than we had expected, I recommend to everybody to try!!!Living in Villa Antica is like living in a dream, the great, freedomfull feeling beeing a landlord in ancient times in the most beautiful surroundings with tranquility, which is very rare to find elsewhere. |

It was perfect for our family reunion. We loved sitting on the terrace in the morning and dining on the lawn in the evening. Our contact at the villa, Paola, was welcoming and helpful. We loved Ristorante Fiorentino in Sansepolcro. |

| London, UK, POSTED: 22/10/2006 The villa was simply amazing. The bedroom layout was FANTASTIC. Allowed for tons of privacy. Our friends are going back to the same place for a family reunion they enjoyed it so much. Also - if you have the opportunity to take part in the local wine tour and tasting, DEFINITELY DO IT! The wines are amazing. We've imported several cases back in the UK and US. The wines are outstanding and the people are some of the kindest we've ever met. Also, there was a beautifully ripe fig tree and plum tree and several herb plants that we cooked with. There is a wood burning oven off of the kitchen that we used several times. The swimming pool was wonderful |
