| Delta, Canada, POSTED: 18/10/2008 Carla (the owner) did keep in touch frequently and replied or came in person when we needed her help. She gave us great suggestions about local towns to visit. A car is required because it is not close enough to walk to the town of Greve. The Osteria down the road served excellent food. |

We had a wonderful time in your spacious Villa for our Tuscany vacation. The view to the west is spectacular and we were awed by the colourful sunsets. your location makes it easy to get around Chianti and the rest of Tuscany.
Thank you for your quick response to our requests for heat, new coffee pot and kettle!
The meal that was prepared for us the last night by Anna Maria e Nello was fabulous. We also enjoyed two wonderful dinner at the near by "Osteria Sugame".
When we return we will look forward to the internet connection, big screen TV complete with sky! As you told us.

I think some of them could be improved, such as the pool photo and some of the inside photos. La Cantinetta di Rignana is EXCELLENT, La Cantina in town has great pasta/pizza |
| Londonderry New Hampshire, USA, POSTED: 27/06/2007 The Villa Magherita experience began with the most heartfelt welcome from our host, Luigi Tozzetti. We were welcomed to an immaculate, gorgeous place with a stocked refrigerator to get us started. The villa location is set above and with a lovely view of a Tuscan valley, full of olive orchards and vineyards. Sunsets are incredible and romantic. The photos don't do the villa justice. The weather was perfect; when it was hot and humid down in the cities, we always came back to our oasis in the hills, where the breeze was lovely and the humidity was non existant. We also hired Paola, a wonderful and personable chef to prepare 2 special meals for us. She was fun in the kitchen while maintaining her professional passion for food preparation. Our meals were absolutely mouth-watering, from the smells emanating from the kitchen to the tastes on our plates. We always had more than enough to feed our party of 11, leaving us with tempting lunches the next day.
Luigi was the most accomodating & helpful host we could have asked for. He was always available to answer any questions; either about the villa or to give recommendations about local and tourist activities. He even tried to intervene with our airline to get the luggage they had misplaced during our flight. We were also lucky to meet the owner of the villa, Signora Carla, who was also very kind and welcoming. She stopped in to make sure that things were running smoothly for us, which of course they were thanks to Luigi.
I would like to let others know that if they were nervous about renting this villa from online, don't be. It is truely a gift to yourself of rest, relaxation and most of all beauty and friendliness. We now truely know and understand what it means to be treated to "Tuscan hospitality". We left part of our hearts there in the hills and look forward to the time we will be able to reunite with them for another visit. We hope it won't be too far in the future. Thank you for having this place on your website. We loved (as you can see) our holiday in Tuscany.

| POSTED: 06/11/2006 The house was beautiful, Luigi, the caretaker was extremely helpful with our primary concern which was to receive a package with art supplies. We would never have received it without his assistance and he always received our many phone calls promptly and pleasantly. |
