destin, usa POSTED: 19/11/2008 The restaurant Cantuccio was very good,also the Pizzeria Restautant had very good soup and pizza. The Singer shop was very convenient to shop at for gifts and the owner also speaks excdellent English.
We found this to be the perfect location in Tuscany. We were centrally located to visit many other hilltowns and Montepulciano is large enough to have many shops and restaurants for visitors. We especially enjoyed the fireplace on the porch and the fireplace in the living room. |
| Oakhill, England POSTED: 18/08/2008 Excellent base for exploring both Tuscany and Umbria. Surprisingly quick to get to Cortona. Which for those whose legs need a little break from all the climbling through the beautiful hilltowns, Cortona have outside escalators to help you upto the the town centre! Carla the caretaker was FANTASTIC. When there was a problem with the fridge she was round in 5 mins and sorted out for it to be looked at the following morning despite it being after 5pm. |

| Co. Cork, Ireland POSTED: 15/08/2007 Carla, our caretaker, was extrenely helpful. We had two power outages but Carla was on-hand within 5 minutes to correct the problem.No concerns whatsoever! Would highly recommend this villa to anyone hoping to rent a villa in the heart of Tuscany. Absolutely beautiful. Rsaturant La Grotto acroos from the church just outside Montepulciano was fantastic. |
