Charming Tuscan winery with its own production of top wines, offering luxury accommodations close to PISA.
This wonderful Tuscan rental offers 5 apartments located in a group of Tuscan farmhouses set on a 40 hectares estate of producing Chianti vineyards. The main villa dates back the 19th century and holds 3 charming apartments, tastefully decorated and furnished with all conveniences. The fourth and fifth apartments, Ulivi and Vigne are independent cottages detached from the Villa. The first three apartments hold 2 – 3 people. The cottages sleep 4 - 6 people and 6 - 8 people respectively.
Wonderful views of vineyards, cypress trees and rolling hills surround the whole area. In a short distance of the apartments there is a large swimming pool for use of guests. Many activities are available in the estate, like walks along the hills, wine tours, horse riding and much more. Pisa is only 20 km from the property. CASALONE is within walking distance of a restaurant, a coffee shop and a grocery.

| Wallington, UK, POSTED: 06/09/2008 From the cypress lined drive up to the manor (which looked like a film set!), to the monographed towels and robes, the teapot, cup and saucers, the wonderful wine tour (we drank the wine and ate the cheese with old dear friends), to Michela's smiling and helpful self, Piergiorgio's passion for his vineyards and Tuscany in general, the weather, the pool... the list goes on. Everything was perfect!!! The attention to detail was much appreciated. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. A tuscan home away from home! |

The grounds of the vineyard are so relaxing to walk through as is sitting by the pool. The location is perfect! Close driving trips such as Volterra, San Gimignano and Pisa make sight seeing very easy. The staff at Casalone are amazing. We were looked after so very thoughtfully as every need was attended to with a smile and enthusiasm. Michela made the experience in Tuscany exceed our every expectation.
