Tuscany overflows with restaurants, its a national past time! However restaurants that still make their own pasta, that is a little less likely to find. Here you will find traditional meals, just like the Nonna (Grandmom) would make. No frills, just good plain pasta with sauce and meat dishes.

A little off the beaten track in Seggiano - but the cook is well worth it. A varied but truly Tuscan menu, this lovely little restaurant bar has the idea of trying to look much more formal than what it is. We found the menu to be absolutely delicious.

Quaint restaurant, great wine list and in the summer time an incredible panoramic terrace. Worth the visit to this little town to see the fortress and walk the streets, its like living in yesteryear.

Classic Tuscan restaurant with an extensive menu including fish and meat on the grill, home made pastas and local wine. The price quality ratio is excellent here, and they also offer catering at very reasonable prices (even for smaller groups.)
