It changes with the seasons, but if you are there in fig season -  the chef makes this delicious fig and liver sauce for the pasta...it is heavenly (I may have strange taste in food but after this the chef would have convinced me to taste anything....almost)!  The wine (house wine in this area can't be bad, its against the law!) is very good and you don't need to look for anything special.
