This delicious villa is the perfect place for families and friends looking to enjoy and relax in the characteristic hillside of
Chianti, covered with acres and acres of vineyards and olive groves. This Three bedroom villa offers a unique opportunity to experience the authentic Tuscany while living in a well furnished and comfortable rental villa.
You enter into the villa from a comfortable terrace to a large room divided into a spacious living room with fireplace. The kitchen is an open area which allows for everyone to participate in making meals. The dining area is perfect for groups of up to 8 persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove with oven and a refrigerator with freezer. All appliances are modern and up to date. The kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, silverware, cookware and linens. The perfect environment for a typical Italian meal – which upon request can be made by an outside chef right there in your home.
One the ground floor you will find a bathroom with shower and clothes washer for your use during your stay. There is the first of the three bedrooms. This bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. This is a super large bedroom and includes a sitting area, which upon request will open into a second double sofa bed – perfect for a couple with small children.
Up the stairs from the living room area you go to the first floor where you will find the remaing two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is situated on the loft area, with a protect night curtain for the evenings. It has a double bed or two singles upon request and an en suite bathroom with shower, WC, sink and bidet. The second bedroom has a double bed or two singles upon request. The bathroom has a shower, WC, sink and bidet.
Positioned less than 30 meters from the villa is a unique pool area surrounded by a terracotta deck area. The entire garden of the villa is filled with lovely green trees which offer shade during the summer months. There are tables and chairs in various places for outdoor meals.
The villa is positioned only a few km from the famous wine town of Radda in Chianti and offers many quaint restaurants and shops where you can do your holiday shopping. Positioned in the heart of

Florence all easy and funny.
