PUNTANERRA is located in a beautiful position only 5 minutes walk from the famous Tuscan town of Porto Santo Stefano. It is a nice complex of three houses of different size in the same large property, in a spectacular position with direct access to the sea and with a private beach. Only 500 meters further down you find the small yacht harbor where you can schedule boat day-trips to the islands of Elba and Giglio, you can organize fishing or diving tours and much more. Not far away, along the old harbor, you will find many choices among splendid restaurants, bars. Pizzerias and Gelaterias with home made ice-cream.
Both bedrooms have Air-conditioning.
PUNTANERRA – B is a small independent house located in a private garden above the main house Puntanerra –A. From the private terrace in front of the house you have a gorgeous view of the historic center and the yacht harbor of Porto Santo Stefano.
Within 5 minutes walk you reach the town with a large number of restaurants and shops. The house ahs a private car park for one car.
Puntanerra - B has ist own private entry.
The large terrace in front offers a beautiful view of the sea, the island of Giglio and the village of Porto Santo Stefano.
A fantastic place for a sundown dinner or a breakfast with a view. On this terrace you have a garden table and chairs if you want to relax and have a quiet moment or sip a glass of Chianti wine togeather.
Puntanerra – B is the perfect getaway for a couple looking for a really romantic and special place for a holiday or a honeymoon.
Entering form the terrace you step in a comfortable living room with two sofas and SAT-TV.
The kitchen is done in a special way in one corner and can be closed or opened like a large closet equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
You will find everything you need to prepare a complete Tuscan dinner.
On the left side, there is a small dining area with a table and chairs for 4 people, and a second exit door.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom with a queen-sized double bed and a direct access in the garden.
The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds, perfect if you have kids coming with you.
The master bedroom has a spectacular view from its large panoramic window.
Both bedrooms have individual air conditioning.
In the corridor there is a closet where inside you find the clothes washer and some other equipments for the house.
Puntanerra - B has access to a small private bay with crystal clear water due to its stony grounds.
On sandy beaches the water offers much less visibility than here. So this is a perfect location for diving with flippers and a mask or even with tanks. You will find a large variety of fishes and underwater vegetation.
This bay is a private beach that can be accessed only from the few houses above it.
The water in this little bay enters rather shallow and perfect with small kids as the sea is pretty calm without waves or water currents. Its is a very relaxing place if you prefer to stay at home for a day specially if your vacations are full of cite seeing and activities.
The beach is really isolated and you won’t find too many people there.
Porto Santo Stefano for 10 years in a row has gotten the Blue Flag for top water quality, and really deserves it because, even if there is a small yacht harbour nearby, the water is excellent clean and very clear.
If you prefer sandy beaches just go the Gianella or Fenigila beaches 2 km distant form the house.
Each is a 6 km long white sandy beach with pine trees and a lot of vegetation.
Gianella has lot of beach bars and places to rent deckchairs and umbrellas.
Feniglia is a complete unspoiled peace of Mediterranean nature and vegetation, it is part of a national park.
Porto Santo Stefano is an ancient fishermen’s village that has become very very famous over the last 50 years.
Its the most elegant part of the entire Tuscan coast, maybe of all Italy.
At Porto Sant Stefano, in Monte Argentario, you find a large varity of restaurants, shops and boutiques that will fit nearly every style and budget. Porto Sant Stefano´s natural beauty is one of a kind. No what ever beautiful Caribbean island, can be compared with this unique mixture of antique tradition, super rich nature, castles and churches from the 16th century and all modern comforts, set on a place with a view of ocean, islands and sundown’s.
