The eat-in kitchen is furnished will all modern amenities, including a stove with oven, dishwasher and an American size refrigerator with ice maker and freezer. The kitchen has direct access to both the formal dining room as well as the enclosed terrace area which boasts of a stunning view of the vineyards through the prestigious row of cypress trees.
The villa decorated in a traditional Tuscan style has soft colors, antique furnishings and definitely highlights the large wooden beams and terracotta floors. The thick walls assure you a warm environment in winter and a cool refreshing refuge in the summer. After spending time in the large pool area – with its tables, chairs and umbrellas you can slip back into the villa to find a comfortable corner to read a book or take a nap.

The bedrooms are all located on the first and second floor of the villa – accessed by an impressive stone stairwell.
There are mixed bedrooms with singles and doubles, please make your request so the owner can prepare the villa accordingly. There is the possibility of a cook for all meals and extra cleaning can be provided upon request. Situated on the vineyards between the owners home and a small country church – you are giving the unique possibility to relish the authentic Tuscan lifestyle.
The bustling town of AREZZO is located less than 2 km away, and many guests have enjoyed walking into town to catch an evening meal or explore the many bars, pubs and cafes open at all hours. Arezzo has a national train station and easy access to major roads leading to Florence, Siena, Perugia and Montepulciano. You can also take the time to arrange with the caretaker a moment to visit the "cantina" or wine cellar of the vineyard - seen in the photo - and of course, a tasting of their products - they have wine, olive oil and grappa!

Paciano was founded around the XIV century, on a spur of Monte Petrarvella. Its origins are still today very well testified by the town-walls with towers and access doors and by the Tower of Orlando: a ruin of a more ancient village few kilometers away from the town.
