This accommodation in Tuscany have been furnished with luxury and comfort as top priority. You will find quality lodgings with dishwasher, SAT TV, private telephone line and internet connections. The view from the Villa overlooks 70 hectares of private land, including a private tennis court and a lake with a BBQ area and a little boat. A little village with restaurants, shops and open market can be reached within 30 minutes walk, about 3km. The beautiful large pool, set in a sunny panormic position has a wood deck furnished with tables, chairs and shade. There is a private garden area both in front and in back of the villa - with lots of green grass where the children can play. There is also a large meeting room area equipped with a full kitchen where you can hold get togethers in front of the fireplace.
2010 a newly built exclusive complex with 4 suites and superior wellness area has been added to this gorgeous property.
A short walk - approx. 300m - will take you into the private forest area, where you reach the private lake, tennis court and a little bit further Villa Giallo and the beautiful Wellness Area. Benches are set up so you can sit and absorb the smells and sounds - or you can picnic at the gazebo.
Nice location between Arezzo and Florence. The owner will take special care of you - with fresh fruit and veggies from his personal garden! You are short distance from many local activities and towns, restaurants, cafes and historic sites or if you prefer there is hiking in the nearby national park or moutain biking on the many trails.
