You will find that the owner thoughtfully arranged the vacation villa so that two families staying together could spend meals and garden time together but retire to their own private space for a little peace and quite.
The beautiful large pool, set in a sunny panormic position has a wood deck furnished with tables, chairs and shade. There is a private garden area both in front and in back of the villa - with lots of green grass where the children can play. There is also a large meeting room area equipped with a full kitchen where you can hold get togethers in front of the fireplace.

A short walk will take you into the private forest area - where benches are set up so you can sit and absorb the smells and sounds - or you can hike over to the lake only a few hundred yards away and picnic at the gazebo.
Nice location between Arezzo and Florence. The owner will take special care of you - with fresh fruit and veggies from his personal garden! You are short distance from many local activities and towns, restaurants, cafes and historic sites or if you prefer there is hiking in the nearby national park or moutain biking on the many trails.
