      Pets are allowed in the house,  but not in the bedrooms, on sofas or in the Pool.

      The villa has the cleaning equipment, however all soaps and liquids are not provided.

      All bed, bath and kitchen linens upon arrival are include in the additional house fees.  Extra changes are available only upon request and at an extra charge.  Bath linens include hand towel and shower towel.  Sheets include pillow case, top and bottom sheet.  Kitchen linens include kitchen towels and a table covering.

      You can also visit the local wineries near the villa by yourself. The caretaker of the house will provide you with all necessary information on the wineries close by.

A little off the beaten track in Seggiano - but the cook is well worth it. A varied but truly Tuscan menu, this lovely little restaurant bar has the idea of trying to look much more formal than what it is. We found the menu to be absolutely delicious.
