A rustic Tuscan borgo has been totally restore with 6 self catering apartments for 2 to 6 persons. The swimming pool of this Tuscan residence offers a tantalizing view of the owners fully functional vineyard below. There are two completly independent self catering villettas, one bedroom freestanding rental villa - for up to 3 persons. These 2 rental villas each have their own fenced in yard and terrace area and are only 100 meters from the pool.
The Tuscan apartments at this residence all have access to a shared BBQ, pool area, clothes washer and the largest of these Tuscan apartments has a dishwasher. Each self catering Tuscan apartment also has its own private garden area for a meal outside. There are two apartments with a comunicating door so that it can comfortably hold up to 10 to 12 persons. In a lovely secluded part of Tuscany these vacation apartments offer the charm of the Tuscna landscape and the closeness to wonderful sites such as Castles and monestaries.
This Tuscan residence is located about 15 km from the active town of Arezzo where one can enjoy the Tuscan night life, Italian restaurants and quick access to major roads and the national train system. Florence, Cortona, Siena and Chianti are all easy day trips - and these rental apartments off you a wonderful place to unwind or cool off after an exhilarating afternoon exploring the Tuscan countryside.
