This typical country farmhouse rental is from the mid 1800’s and positioned in the Lucca area close to Pisa, Altopascio and Florence. Perfect for family and friends travelling together, you will find ample indoor and outdoor living area. Large grassy areas and well maintained gardens surround the entire villa which offers a special covered terrace from which to enjoy the view.
Set on a larger estate with the owners apartment, you will find a completely private garden with large private swimming pool, soccer field and several lounging areas for sun and relax. From the ground floor of the villa you have several entrances – through the large French doors on the terrace, the front door, into the living room and in downstairs bathroom.
The villa is divided into two floors. The ground floor is a large open area which connects the two living room areas, dining room, kitchen and unique wine tasting corner. Furnished in light pastels, these rooms are warm and welcoming – you will find two large fireplaces and a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen. The owner has stocked the kitchen with all possible amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer and all necessary cookware.
There are a total of 5 bedrooms throughout the villa. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom plus a spacious bathroom with both a shower and a tub, bidet, WC and sink. Upstairs to your immediate left is a loft area overlooking the large front living room with two sofa beds for one person each and a fulll bathroom with shower, WC, sink and bidet. On this floor there are two twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms. There are two other bathrooms on this floor each one equipped with a WC, sink, bidet and shower.
Though the villa is surrounded by a lovely park giving you the wonderful sensation of tranquillity and relax, you are only minutes away from shops, restaurants and cafes. Easy day trips to several of the enchanting towns in located throughout the region of Tuscany including Lucca, Pistoia and Florence.

Paciano was founded around the XIV century, on a spur of Monte Petrarvella. Its origins are still today very well testified by the town-walls with towers and access doors and by the Tower of Orlando: a ruin of a more ancient village few kilometers away from the town.
It is probable that the village's name comes from an early Christian parish church, mentioned in documents as "baptisterium Sancti Johannis de Queneto" or "de Queteno", perhaps in reference to the Chieteno stream that flows just south of Cetona.
