This private villa has its own private covered terrace where you can sit outside, munch bruschetta made from local olive oil and admire the Italian horizon.
The fully equipped eat in kitchen opens to the front terrace, where you can sit outside with a hot cup of capaccino and a warm pastry from the bakery down the street in the quaint nearby town of Londa.
The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a shower cabinet.
The double bedroom with romantic fireplace is located on the first floor. The unique position of the on a hillside offers the possibility for the bedroom to open to the private garden area behind the villa and its shady trees - perfect for an afternoon reading your favorite novel or catching some Tuscan rays.
Downhill, 5km from the villa, you get to the village. There is a coffee shop just before crossing the bridge, and on the other side, where there is a big parking area, you find very nice restaurant which specialty is fish dishes, not so common in the heart of Tuscany, but they really get fresh fish there, it is in exhibition in a large refrigerator for you to choose before choosing the menu. Prices are very acceptable.
The large shared pool area is only 50 meters from the villa in a sunny plain with chairs and tables for everyone. Florence is less than 30 km away - and day trips to other exciting Tuscan holiday sites such as San Gimignano, Siena and Arezzo.
