Set on a dominant hill in the Chianti countryside with beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards. The living room area has a cozy fireplace and sitting area where everyone can sit around gather around and enjoy chatting with each other about the course of the vacation. Here is a large dining room table where you can set up to 12 persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven as well as lots of a little extras like American coffee maker, toaster. You will also find all cookware, silverware and tableware. The kitchen is large enough for the whole group to participate in the making of the meals. There is a beautiful covered terrace area where the whole group can enjoy meals in the fresh country air.
There is another living room area on the second floor where the group can enjoy relax, silence, great views and privacy.
There are three bedrooms in the villa each with lots of typical Tuscan characteristic that makes this villa a great authentic experience. There is one bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with three single beds – both bedrooms are very large, so families will find lots of space.
There are two bathrooms in the villa both with showers, sink, WC and bidet. There is a clothes washer for your convenience.
The last full bedroom is a fixed double bed with a lovely view over the surrounding vineyards. This villa is characterized by the large airy rooms keeping the villa cool and refreshing in the warmer months. There is a study, which provides another private area for small groups to spend time talking and relaxing, which also serves as a spare bedroom upon request.
Large pool area which is perfect for large groups to have lots of summer fun. Set in a green area with lots of tables and chairs and umbrellas, this is a wonderful area to relax and really enjoy the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Close to delicious little restaurants, vineyards for wine tasting and lots of little shops within less than 10 km of the villa. Siena, San Gimignano and Florence are all within an easy distance for driving. Beautiful plus is that there is a great chef available to make dinner for you in your own home.
This country villa also offers the use of a tennis court - located less than 30 meters from the front door of the villa. The owner provides rackets and tennis balls for your playing pleasure.
