Beautiful Tuscany villa rental perfect for groups joinig together on a family vacation, friends enjoying the countryside of Tuscany together or a family reunion! There are four separate units which share a common eating area, large garden and pool and authentic Tuscan landscape.
Set on three floors, you will find a large one bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a large outside terrace. There is a full bathroom with shower, eat-in kitchen and a bedroom with double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room area.
The other three apartments have access on the first floor - and terraces facing the pool area. There are two one bedroom apartments each with a sofa bed in the living room area. Each apartment has a full bathroom and a full kitchen area - as well as a fireplace.
The fourth apartment is a large one room flat with a private bathroom. Each one of the apartments have been restructured to capture the essence of the rooms - stone walls, carved door ways and beauty views (though most windows were added after the restructuring.)
The pool is located less than 30 meters from the villa. It is an above the ground pool where the owner has built a beautiful wood deck permitting a great view and easy access. You will find that the gardens around the villa are beautifully designed with the fresh colors and smells of Italy - lavander, rosemary, sage and of course basil plants when in season.
Withing walking distance of a great pizza restaurant and with a good morning hike you can end up in town for the open air market on Tuesday or simply fresh morning pastries and a steaming cup of Capuccino. There is lots of space for families with children to run around and play - no drive by traffic or busy streets!
The owner has strived to furnish this historic landmark with a touch of modern airy-ness. You will find luminous apartments with space and light colors. There is plenty of space for a large group to be together or to have their private time. The owner has furnished a large room with tables and chairs so everyone can eat together.
