Traditional Tuscan farmhouse perfectly restored and now the owner is offering it as a great vacation rental for up to 9 persons. Set on over 40 hectares of fenced in olive groves and private family vineyards.
The front entrance opens to a sitting room with a large glass doors brings the beautiful Tuscan scenery into the room. From here you have access to the bathroom on the ground floor, the kitchen and the living room – as well as the steps that lead to the bedrooms on the first floor.

There is a large room behind the front sitting room which spans almost the entire length of the villa. Here you will find a large typical Tuscan fireplace, a sofa with chairs, a SAT TV and stereo system. The dining room table will accommodate over 10 persons comfortably. The room is furnished in the traditional Tuscan fashion with terracotta floors, large wood table and rich earthy colors.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream in Tuscany – loaded with modern amenities and counter space! You can do your own cooking or have a professional chef come in and make your meals and teach you the tricks of the trade when rolling you very own ravioli.
There is a door in the kitchen with direct access to the garden and pool area or you can walk across the room and eat your meals on the covered terrace overlooking the pool and valley.
There is one full bathroom with shower and a guest sink on the ground floor. Here you will also find access to a second outside terrace covered in green plants. There is a laundry room with a clothes washer at your disposal.
Up the stairs to the first floor, the first of the four bedrooms is to your right, it has a great view of the valley and the pool area. This is a double bedroom and an en suite half bath in a soft gray marble (sink, WC and bidet). You will find woo floors and lots of natural light
To the left of the stair well is a second sitting room with a cozy couch and arm chairs – the perfect place to sneak away and relax with a book or chitty chat in small groups. There is a gorgeous fireplace in carved stone that adds elegance and style to this room with its high wooden ceilings.
To the right of the sitting room is a short hallway with a door, this opens to two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, tub and Jacuzzi – perfect for families with children and creating your own private space. The first bedroom has a small loft area – which upon request will accommodate a single bed for a child or young adult.
Between the two bedrooms is a large bathroom with a tub/shower. The bathroom has a sink, WC and bidet and a window which allows for natural light. The bathroom is spacious and perfect for families with children.
The second bedroom in this hallway has a double bed – or two singles, depending upon request. This bedroom has a view over the pool area.
On the left side of the upstairs sitting room is the “in-law” suite, complete with private kitchen, bathroom with shower, sitting room area and a single sofa bed upon request. This room is spacious and is the perfect bedroom for those who will require a little bit of privacy. The owner can arrange for a phone line for internet connection. There is direct access to the villa or to the outside gardens.
The pool is 7 x 14 meters and goes from 80 cm in depth to 2,40 mt in the center. There is a large paved area around the pool furnished with a 4 meter umbrella chairs and tables. The entire yard is fenced in and offers beautiful Tuscan views from every corner. Visible from the villa is the Castello di Salutio – an antique structure which dominates the nearby hill – this structure protected the small town below. Salutio is less than 2 km from the villa and is a charming little walk down to the town café for ice cream or an early morning cappuccino. The villa offers the best in experiencing the authentic Tuscan life style while being in an enjoyable position for day trips to Chianti, Florence and Arezzo.
