SEASONS: We have three rental seasons. Right below the Calendar we show the timeframes that apply to this Villa for each season during the year. In general High Season Rates apply July and August. Mid Season Rates apply May, June, September. Low Season Rates apply for the rest of the Year. The weeks of Easter, Christmas and New Year are an exeption and are always considered Mid Season and in some Villas even High Season, details on request! During High and Mid Season most rentals accept only Saturday as a starting day. Each Saturday is marked as a Change over day in light red colour. In Low Season, that’s mainly October to April we accept any starting day! All Prices on our website are in Euro. They apply for one week and are for the whole apartment or the whole villa.

HOW TO PAY? You can pay for your rental with a regular money wire from your bank account into one of our accounts. For our US-clients: We now have a Bank account in New York at JP Morgan Chase Bank. There you can pay the amount due in US-Dollar. If you want to know the current US-Dollar price for a villa click on “Prices in USD”
CREDIT CARD: You want to pay by Credit Card. No problem. We process all Credit Card payments trough Paypal (www.paypal.com). There is a 4% charge (Paypal fees) on top of the amount due. When you do the booking you can choose which way to pay.
Perhaps one of the more classical and antique dishes in all of Italy, first mentioned in a cookbook from the 1300's written in the old Tuscan language. These small shaped dumplings are traditionally from cheese and flour and have changed over the years to include potatoes or as in this case spinach and ricotta cheese.
Ideal restaurant for tasting some of the local fare while relaxing on a stunning outside terrace with spectaccular view of the valley. This small restaurant is run by an enthusiastic couple who prepare authentic Tuscan recipes with fresh local ingredients.
