This vacation rental set in the heart of Umbria is a spacious and green paradise for groups of up to 12 persons. Set on three floors the owner has managed to create a fun and active living space for the whole group to spend lots of time together. On the ground floor there are several entrances from off of the shady garden which surrounds the villa. The main entrance comes into a super-sized dining area and a downstairs – fully equipped kitchen.
You will find a large entertainment area on the ground floor including a sitting room with a TV centre, a game table for cards and a separate room with a professional style pool table. This whole area is designed to give extended families lots of room to move around and have fun. There is a half bath with a clothes washer on the ground floor.
Up the stairs to the first floor opens into a second living room with fireplace. There is a dining room table for smaller groups to enjoy meals together. This floor also boasts of a well hidden private covered terrace for hanging out for early morning breakfast – or in the evening while enjoying the fresh air and silence. Right next door to the living room is a second fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Each kitchen has a stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and access to a fireplace.
The first floor has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has two fixed double beds and over look the lush garden area below. Furnished in a classical Italian décor you will find the rooms to be soft and relaxing in colour and furnishings.
Each bedroom has antique bed stands and classical terracotta floors. The owner will provide a baby cot for the younger guests. The villa is equipped with SAT TV and upon request the owner will arrange for dial-up access for your internet connection.
On the second floor you will find two more bathrooms and three bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with fixed double beds and one bedroom with a single bed. The largest bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and a sofa bed ideal for young children.
The remaining two bedrooms are one with a fixed double and one with two single beds. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom which has a shower and a tub. All three bedrooms on the second floor have individual AC units.
The extra special plus about this rental vacation home is the beautiful and well tended garden area. There is a splendid large covered terrace next to the pool which offers the perfect place for the family to gather together for meals and BBQ.
The pool is a large 6 x 12, close to the terrace and outdoor bathrooms with showers. You will find lots of deck chairs and a diving board! The entire garden is fenced in to assure your privacy.
Less than 300 meters away you can walk to a great Italian restaurant for family meals. The villa is positioned close to a major highway which makes day trips to places like Todi, Perugia, Assisi, Lago Trasimeno and many other historical sites easy. You will find golf near by at Perugia – less then 15 km from the villa.
The owner has invested much time and effort into making this the perfect vacation rental with many modern comforts. The interiors are of quality and the design calls into mind the traditional Italian farmhouses.
