The owner has taken this cozy three bedroom Villa and transformed it into a paradise for two or three couples or a family with children. Set in a typical Tuscan town with a beautiful panoramic view of the Italian hillside, you will find yourself totally immersed in the Tuscan style of life. Fresh fruit, vegetables and bread are delivered in town regularly - saving you a trip to the local open air market or going to the nearby stores - and giving you time to relax and enjoy the peace and quite of this smal community.
The ground floor of this structure opens to a living room area with fireplace and a comfortable sitting area. You will find a SAT TV and a DVD player. There is also a formal dining room for up to 6 persons, so when you are not eating meals in the garden area outside you can enjoy them in this relaxing setting, decorated in luminous colors.
The eat-in kitchen also has direct access to the front garden area, where you will find a table, chair and an umbrella for afternoon or evening meals. The kitchen is brand new and fully loaded - there is a microwave, dishwasher, stove with ove, refrigerator with freezer and all brand new table and cookware. You will also find a fully functional fireplace in the kitchen - making the perfect setting even in the cooler months.
Upstairs on the first floor you will find two bedrooms - a double with light green tones and a second double with a delicious floral pattern. Both bedrooms have windows which over look the front garden area of the villa and a furnished with ample closet space. A small steep wooden staircase goes up to the second floor with the third bedroom. Here you have another double bed and a beautiful view down the valley. SARNA will accommodate 4 to 6 person really comfortably.
There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. Completely redocrated with the new owners - they have added a shower stall, and brand new bathroom fixtures including the sink, WC and bidet. The bathroom has a window that over looks the garden area.
A one of a kind setting for a quiet relaxing holiday in an atmosphere loaded with local charm and character. Close to several small towns where you will find shopping and restaurants, this structure offers a special setting for a perfect holiday. There is public transport down to the local train only minutes away and from the local train you can discover the beautiful valley or the exciting town of Arezzo. For those looking to enjoy the major sites you will find easy access to all major roads close by.
The second bathroom - found on the first floor - is completely brand new, making this perfect for two couples travelling together yet prefering a little privacy. The second bathroom has a shower, WC, sink and bidet. Next to the bathroom is a private balcony with a table and two chairs, a charming little corner with a view of the valley and lots of privacy.
The location permits easy day-trips to great locations, from La Verna sanctuary to Arezzo, passing by charming hilltowns like Poppi and Bibbiena. At Bibbiena (12km) you have also a large supermarket, shops, restaurants, cinema and train station.
The brand new pool was finished in spring2007. There is a warm shower next to the pool, 4 sun chairs and several umbrellas are available for the guests. The pool is right next to the house, some steps bring you down from the front terrace to the lower terrace with the pool.
