Great Villa in a marvelous landscape. However shops and restaurants and wonderful cities in close distance. The owner family was very nice and respected our privacy. We can strongly recommend this piece of paradise.

The owners were very hospitable and helpful. They spoke adequate English. Upon request they prepared an excellent typical Tuscan dinner for our group of 6.From the villa, Chinchiano was very easy access with many areas for shopping.

Would recommend having Sylvia cook for you 1 or 2 nights. Sylvia & Victor were charming hosts and always ready to help.

Montepulciano and Montalcino are easy day trips for sightseeing and lunch. The kitchen is fantastic and there is a C0-OP supermarket in Chiaciano where you can buy supplies.

Everything was excellent in particular the quality of the villa and the landscape of the immeadiate area. The villa is better than the pictures on the internet!!

though that opener is debatable - you will find that they defend their cappuccinos as much as they do their wine!  In Italy it is consumed mainly early in the day for breakfast, where it's consumed with cookies, biscuits, croissants or the like.  Italians never drink it with meals; though in many other countries it may be consumed throughout the day or after dinner.

Pescia: the jewel of Valdinievole Small Tuscan towns - but worth a visit

Pescia is a charming little Tuscan town in the Province of Pistoia, located right between Florence and Lucca, of antique Lombard origins. The first settlements rise on the river's banks, from where comes the name of the town, which comes from the Latin adaptation of a Lombard word – pehhia – which means “river”.
