Louisa is a villa that responds to all your holiday needs. Completely renovated, you will find every modern comfort and the traditional Tuscan style put together in a rely delightful manner. Villa LOUISA is an old Tuscan farm house, completely built off field stones during the 18th century, located among the green rolling hills and grain fields, only 12 km from sandy beaches and the Tuscan coast. The medieval hill town of CASALE MARITIMO is 2 km from the house, there you find several good restaurants, shops and a local market.

Villa Louisa is part of a very large private estate that holds 5 other freestanding Villas on 700 hectares of private land. All houses are independent, all with a private pool and large private grounds around. 300 Meters from LOUISA but with independent entry you find VILLA RICKY and dependance, a historic Tuscan Villa with in total 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

If you want to organize a family meeting in Tuscany and have a group of 30 or more persons you can rent both places together. The houses Blu Lotos, White Lotos and Giglio are distant about 1 km from Louisa. You find separate listings for all houses on this website.

Villa LOUISA is very spacious, inside as well as outside and accommodates comfortably 12 people with the possibility of 13 asking for an extra bed and is ideal for couples of friends that look for privacy or for large families travelling together.

The external area is composed by a large garden, independent swimming pool for exclusive use for the guests of Louisa only, barbecue area and a loggia - a covered terrace - overlooking the pool and well equipped for outdoor meals with a large table and chairs.

There are also tables, chairs, sun chairs available near the pool and in the park, to enjoy your daily open air with sun or shadow as you prefer.

On the ground floor, you have a spacious living room divided by a bricked archway in 2 environments, a TV room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, satellite TV and a fireplace.

The kitchen is completely new and very well equipped with professional stainless steel kitchen furniture like 5 burner stove with large oven, a double door refrigerator and freezer, workbench and dishwasher. Everything you need to cook from a simple breakfast to a complete Tuscan meal is available. It is easy to prepare a barbecue outside because the kitchen has a direct access door to the garden. Behind the kitchen there is a service room with a second refrigerator, clothes washer and dryer and a safe. In the back there is a guest toilette only with WC and sink.

There are 6 bedrooms, each one with en-suite bathroom and individual air conditioning. One of the bedrooms stays on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and has a double bed, a large closet and en suite bathroom with shower. If you have persons in your group which are not so good in doing the staircase let them take the ground floor bedroom. The other 5 bedrooms are located on the first floor. A large internal staircase with handrails on both sides brings you up to the first floor.

LOUISA offers much space for up to 12 people.

One extra bed can be added in the twin room (supplementary).

All bathrooms are brand new with shower box, WC, bidet and a sink. They are tiled with local marble and elegant Tuscan ceramics. The other 5 bedrooms are located on the first floor. A large internal staircase with handrails on both sides beings you up to the first floor. Three of the bedrooms have a queen-size double bed, 1 of them has two twin beds that can be converted into a double bed on request, and the last bedroom is rather large and has two twin beds plus a sofa bed for a couple inside. In all bedrooms you will find new furniture, wooden cupboards mixed with authentic antique pieces. All beds are wrought iron bed stands with comfortable brand new orthopaedic mattresses.

The furniture of the whole Villa does not loose the traditional Tuscan style. Wooden beams on the ceilings, arched windows, fired bricks on the floors, large open fireplaces and beautiful wrought iron beds, Each piece of decoration is carefully chosen to form a cosy and comfortable ambience for guests looking for quality and original Tuscan style. All bathrooms are brand new with shower box, WC, bidet and a sink. They are tiled with local marble and elegant Tuscan ceramics.

The beauty of this villa is being able to taste not only the soft rolling hills of Tuscany but also some of the best known beaches on the Tuscan coast.  The owner has an umbrella at the beach and you can choose one day of the week where it will be placed at your disposition.  Enjoy an umbrella, and two chairs - cost included in that of the villa (normally this will run approx. 25.-Euro a day).  This is valid ONLY for the months of July and August! You will also find a great restaurant and snack bar near by the reserved umbrella where you can get a cool drink or an excellent meal.

The sandy beaches of CECINA can be reached in 10 minutes by car. You will find organized beaches with umbrellas and sun chair to rent as well as public beaches where you choose a place under the pine trees or in the sand as you like.

Don't miss a visit to the hot springs close by, specially the Calidario Spa, at Venturina, it is really worthy!

There are many restaurants, pizzerias and small snack bars along the coast line if you want to eat or drink. CECINA is a very family friendly village, on the main square ever evening there is a kind of kids circus and an animation program for children. In Cecina you will find a water park with several pools, swings and water slides. Perfect with smaller kids or on a windy day.

There is an Internet Point at the Reception available for all guests. There are two computers with high speed internet and WI-FI connection if you bring your own computer (you can seat at the table available on the terrace). The Internet access is free of charge.

SPECIAL SERVICE: The owner has an agreement with a stunning gym located in the town of Cecina, where you can have a FREE PASS (by appointment, limited to 6 guests per day) to use the gym's equipments like the body building room, the heated swimming pool and the thermarium (where there is a sauna and a Turkish bath). Besides, the pass allows guests to join some of the gym's lessons: heat, spinning, acqua gym and pilates.

The covered swimming pool of the gym can be used all year round and is heated, ideal for swimming practice.
