The owner of this charming Tuscan vacation home originally restored it for his own personal use, thus you will find that all amenities and furnishings are of really good quality. This private vacation rental promises beautiful views, lot of space, privacy and a silence location.
The ground floor of the main Villa is all one large living area divided by two stone arches. In one part you find an old fireplace with a sofa and armchairs. It is connected trough an archway to the second living room with direct access to the large terrace in front of the villa. The ground floor is divided in two principle areas: a living area and a dinning area. This vacation rental is furnished with Sat TV, as well as DVD and CD player.
Next to this second living room, divided by another large archway you find a separate dining room with a massive wooden table for up to 10 persons. Even this dinning room has a direct access on the large terrace in front of the villa
The kitchen is furnished with many modern amenities including a 4 burner gas stove with full oven and a dishwasher. The kitchen opens to a beautiful terrace area overlooking the town of POPPI less than 2 km distant. A romantic footpath trough the fields leads you to Poppi. This historic hill town with its castle form the year 1000 is well being worth a half day exploring tour.
There is a full size bathroom with WC, Bidet, sink a tub and handheld shower. The main villa has three bedrooms all located on the first floor. Two bedrooms have a queen-size double bed the third has two single beds that can be joined on request to form a double bed as well. A baby bed and a highchair are available. The Dependence is a smaller freestanding house, distant only 5 meters from the main Villa and both are connected by a communicating terrace.
The Dependence has 3 bedrooms with large windows overlooking the green valley below and the historic castle of POPPI. Two bedrooms have a double bed one has 2 single beds. There are 2 full bathrooms in the Dependance. We rent out only the whole place with its private pool and garden.
The main house togeather with the Dependance offers nearly 300 square meters of comfortable living space (approximately . 3000 square feet). BENEVENTO is surrounded by more than 6 acres of private land. There are horse riding facilities within 10 minutes and a golf course is less than 1 km away. The location is quiet and remote with only 1 neighbor house.
BENEVENTO is in a dominant and absolute quit position on a hillside with views of the surrounding vineyards. You are close to restaurants open markets and shops. You can enjoy evening walks into town, or do day-trips into Chianti, Siena, Florence, Arezzo and Cortona.
