Villa Lo Spino Bianco is a freestanding country house in the southern part of Tuscany between the hills of Val d´Orcia and Valdichiana. Here you can breath the nature, can relax and recreate – with splendid views of the countryside.
The ancient farmhouse was completely restructured following the principles of Bioarchitecture: realization of the electric plant and of the floor heating-system. Lime plaster, housebuilding glue and wood paints all certificated for the use of bioarchitecture.
The private garden offers 400 qm with cozy coners. There is an additional 1000 qm landscape garden – surrounded by olive groves – with organic farming of vegetables free of use for all guests und perfect to prepare a tuscan meal. A barbecue area with tables and chairs is available for outside meals.
On two floors the villa offers 150 qm living space with two independant apartments with 2 bedrooms each. All rooms are comfortably furnished, giving space for a total of 10 people (8 adults and 2 teenager or children).
Through the main entrance you´ll reach a 35 qm living room with an open fire place and comfortable chairs. A big dining table gives space for up to 10 people. From the living room you have direct access to the garden and pool area. Next to the living room is a complete furnished kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, sink, stove, oven, microwave, cooker hood, coffee and espresso machine and necessary pots and tableware to prepare a delicious tuscan meal.
Enjoy the comfortable atmoshere at the open stone fire place with a glass of a good Chianti wine. There is also a satellite-TV and a DVD-player. All windows have tasteful curtains and fly sreens, they are double-glazed and offer nice views to the garden area. The house is equipped with a central heating system.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds. The rooms are furnished with elegant pieces from Tuscany (some made out of wood, some made out of wrought iron) and have wardrobes, chest of draweres with lamps. Wooden ceilings and bricked floors are giving these rooms its own atmosphere. Valuables you can be secured in a safe.
The bathrooms are equipped with shower box with hydromassage, sink with mirror, WC and bidet. All bathrooms provide a hair dryer.
Your Italian holyday rental is next to the excellent and wellknown thermal baths of Chianciano and Montepulciano having an relaxing and energizing effect on body, mind and soul. Everyone interested in wellness is welcome to experience the possibilities of thelassso therapie, turkish baths, sauna, fitness and beauty center nearby.
Relaxation and refreshment is also offered at the new installed private swimming pool at your villa (size: 5 x 12 metres, depth: 1,30 – 1,70 metres). You´ll find access through traditional roman steps. Sun lounges and sun umbrellas are available to enjoy the sun or shade - depending on your preference. An outside shower is existing as well.
On the first floor is another independent apartment with separate entrance. Here you´ll find a completely furnished kitchen area with dishwasher, stove, oven, cooking hood, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and espresso machine and all necessary tableware. From the kitchen you have direct access to the lovely terrace – perfect for outside meals overlooking the landscape.
The annexed living room offers two comfortable sofas which can be used as sleeping sofas for two teenager or children – if needed. The dining table gives space for up to 6 people enjoying meals together.
You can make youself comfortable at the cozy open fire place at any time of the day or simply enjoying the satellite-TV or DVD-player. This room is the central meeting place for the whole group. Wooden ceilings, windows and terraces with views of the surroundings are adding a special tuscan feeling.
Here you´ll find two bedrooms: one with double bed and one with two single beds that can be placed together. Both rooms have period furniture made out of wood or wrought iron. The two bedrooms offer sleeping place for 4 adults plus 2 additional person on the sleeping sofas in the living room.
The two bathrooms are equipped with shower box (one with hydromassage), sink with mirror, WC and bidet. All materials are from good quality and the rooms are very clean.
If needed – this villa has a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and iron board. The property is secured with a lockable remote-controlled gateway. The parking lots are roofed.
In this area many leisure activities are possible: Explore the beautiful hiking trails, just 4 km away you can play tennis. A horse riding school is just 7 km away, a professional 18-whole-golf course is in reach within 30 km – by car just a 20-30 minutes ride.
The nearby village of Chianciano is only 4 km away. Here you´ll find a city centre with supermarket, bank, pharmacy, hospital and the well known thermal bath Chianciano Terme. The next bigger towns are Montepulciano and Cetona with excellent restaurants and shops. Explore Tuscany on recommended daytrips to Siena, Arezzo, Cortona or Perugia. The cosmopolitan city of Rome with the international airoport is just 120 km away.
