Stunning attic on a building with three floors and amazing ocean views, only 700 meters from the beautiful beach in Castiglione della Pescaia and within 1,5 km from the splendid town. The apartment offers a large terrace which covers three sides of the flat, with a shady equipped area for outdoor meals as well as open areas for sunbathing with total privacy.
The flat opens to a large living - dining room, with open fireplace (the place is ideal for a wonderful holiday even in low season), beach style furniture, dining table and a wide French door which opens to the front terrace, the one that overlooks the ocean.
The kitchen corner is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer box and all necessary cook ware, table ware and utensils.
The sleeping area is composed of a large and illuminated double bedroom, with direct access to the open terrace, in the back of the flat. The place is very silent and peaceful, surrounded by pine trees.
In the middle there is a full bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, handheld shower, WC, sink and bidet.
To the other side you will find the kids bedroom, furnished with bunk beds. This bedroom has direct access to lateral terrace, turned to the right side of the building, overlooking the pine-woods. The house is equipped with portable fans.
The front terrace of the villa is really wide (aprox. 35 square metres = 350 square feet), with stunning views of the blue Mediterranean sea below. The closest beach can be reached by foot. Riva del Sole is a long beach with many establishments, hotels, cafes, restaurants and also some spots of free beach (where you don't need to pay for umbrellas and sun chairs). A bicycle path surrounded by pine trees runs parallel to the coast.
The village of Castiglione della Pescaia is only 1,5 km from the villa, there is the old fishermen's harbour in the lower parte and uphill you can reach the enchanting medieval centre with its restaurants, shops, cafes and an incredible belvedere.
Castiglione della Pescaia is one of the best beaches close to Siena and Grosseto, the two major cities in the surroundings. Many day-trips are easy and fun, like Pisa, Florence, Volterra and San Gimignano. In the Regional Park of Maremma,a few kms to the South, you can participate to trekking and horseback riding tours.
