      Greeter and/or caretaker speaks English
    • Change of linens
      An extra change of linens mid week (or any day upon request) towels only. This can be charged Extra!
    • Broom, mop, bucket etc.
      The villa has the cleaning equipment, however all soaps and liquids are not provided.
    • Bed, bath, kitchen linens
      All bed, bath and kitchen linens upon arrival are include in the additional house fees.  Extra changes are available only upon request and at an extra charge.  Bath linens include hand towel and shower towel.  Sheets include pillow case, top and bottom sheet.  Kitchen linens include kitchen towels and a table covering.
