CASALE PIPPO is a large freestanding villa with its own private pool (6 x12 meters) surrounded by a lush green garden in the heart of Italy. This outstanding villa is impeccably decorated, reflecting the high standards that the owners have set in this delicious villa. You will find top quality on the inside and the outside, with the well tended garden and fantastic views of Tuscany.
Completely isolated from traffic and the noise of a big city, you can relax and enjoy the view knowing that you will not be disturbed. The entire villa is surrounded by olive trees, grape vines (this hillside is famous for its wine production), sunflowers and peace. This villa has 4 luxurious bedrooms and four beautiful bathrooms. Each bedrooms, decorated with its own personality, express the class and style of this villa.
The house has been completely restored maintaining the wonderful characteristics so typical to Tuscan architecture. Here you will find beautiful wood beam ceilings and authentic terracotta floors. The furnishing is a tasteful mix between classical, rustic and comfortable, making every room relaxing and enjoyable. There are two large open face fireplaces in the house made from field stone and hand carved mantle pieces - one is in the downstairs living room and one in the upstairs sitting room.
This villa is set on two floors, and has been designed for the comfort of the guest, there are many rooms where you can spread out and enjoy some personal privacy or gather together to talk with friends and family. The owners have filled the house with antique and family heirlooms making each room a treasure chest. The house comes fully equipped with a SAT TV (both English and German), a telephone with computer for Internet use.
On your arrival the owner provides you a GPS and a mobile phone with an italian number for your convenience.
The kitchen is complete with every modern comfort, here you will find a dishwasher, large oven and stove surface for making your favorite Italian Pasta, and even a microwave! The villa also provides all cookware, tableware and kitchen linens that you require during your stay here in Tuscany. You will find both a washer and dryer!
The bathrooms are gracious and elegant. Furnished in marble and authentic Italian ceramic tile they are complete with shower, bidet and all necessary linens. There is a second room which has a full size sofabed and fireplace making the house perfect for up to 10 PAX. The house is spacious, and full of natural light. This particular position on the hill top not only gives you an excellent view of the historic valley below but gives you maximum sun during the long summer days!

The villa is completely furnished with all commodities - it is just like being at your own home. CASALE PIPPO is a beautiful house and it one appreciates immediately the work the owner has done in order to make you feel comfortable at relaxed during your stay. All you have to do is kick back and relax, enjoy the view, a good traditional pasta and a glass of Chianti wine.
This villa will comfortably house up to 10 persons, while still maintaining a distinct sense of space. The pool is situated only 60 meters from the house, in the middle of the green hillside.
There is even a golf practice field only a few KM away where one can go down shot a couple of holes then come home to a glass of white wine chilling on the patio. The villa is provided of mountain bikes.
The owner is a qualified pilot and upon request he can arrange for you an unforgettable flight over Tuscany!
The owner has four horses and offers also horse riding on request. The private and illuminated enclosure can be used by beginners and the experts in horse riding can made a ride through the woods with Francesco (riding teacher).
On request you can also have Cooking service every day!
This beautiful villa is conveniently located between Florence and Rome. There is excellent train service to all major Italian and European cities. One can easily visit from Cortona and Lake Trasimeno to Montepulciano and Pienza to the south; or La Verna and Poppi to the north. Siena and San Gimignano are only a jump away!
A PRIVATE COOKING CLASS IN YOUR VILLA
Elsabetta the owner of Casale Pippo is offering to her guests the opportunity of a personalized cooking class in the property. She is a virtuous chef for all kind of Tuscan and Sicilian dishes. There are 12 different dishes and menus that you can choose from. Of course home made noodles (Pasta), all kind of meat and fish dishes and not to forget these yummy desserts like Tiramisu and Panna Cotta. She will show you how to make your own liqueur or fruit yam.
The cooking class starts around 11 in the morning and goes for the whole day. At home you will learn how to transform delicious ingredients in a splendid Tuscan dinner with several courses. The price for the cooking class is 70.- € per person, food included (not only what you cook together but also other specialties of Elisabetta!!!). For those who don't want to participate to the lesson but want to have dinner with the group, the price is 40.-€ per person. You can book your Tuscan Cooking Event right together with the villa choosing the dates you prefer, or you can book it spontaneously on site hopping that Elisabetta has availability.
