Lucolena is a charming traditional Tuscan house immersed in the countryside, amongst the olive groves and vineyards of Chianti. Recently it has been tastefully restored with particular care afforded to each detail.
The private garden, with its ancient fountain, shaded terrace and outdoor kitchen, is the perfect setting for relaxing evenings. The swimming pool and sun terraces offer breath-taking views over the hills.
The house has two floors.
On the ground floor, the wide entrance leads to an elegant living room with comfortable sofas set around the fireplace and to a welcoming study with satellite TV and WIFI. On the same floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, which also can be used as twin rooms, 2 bathrooms with double sinks and a fully equipped laundry where you can also find an ice cube machine.
On the first floor, there is a fully equipped luminous kitchen and a separate dining room which both lead to the furnished 32 sqm terrace with amazing views over the valley. On this floor, there is also a fourth double bedroom and a single bedroom with a further bathroom.
Lucolena is the perfect starting point to explore Chianti and Tuscany in general. It is strategically situated between Florence (45km) and Siena (55 km) and is very close to the charming town of Greve in Chianti (12 km)
