The space has been designed with luxurious and modern furniture, following the original Tuscan style. You will find chestnut wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta tiles, open stone walls, oak wood floors, original open fireplaces from the 1900, arches and much more.
The main house has a living room with an open fireplace, kitchen, dining room, 4 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Chroma therapy shower. Here you can add a small bed for a 3/4 years old child. There is a smart TV and AC.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have smart TVs and AC. One of the bedrooms has a sofa bed where 2 extra people can sleep.
In total 11 people can sleep in the main house.
The barn is divided into 2 apartments. Each has a double bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and dining room. Both have also a sofa bed where 2 extra people can sleep. Each apartment sleeps maximum 4 people.
The chalet has 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, both with twin beds and private bathroom.
On the first floor there is a large dining room where up to 50/60 guests can sit and dine together while enjoying the beautiful panorama all around, as well as a large kitchen, an extra sofa bed for 2 people and a smart TV. Outside there is a large covered terrace with tables and chairs where guests can sit and dine al fresco.
All the kitchens are equipped with all pots and pans as well as kitchen tools you will need to cook. They have fridges, oven, stoves and dishwasher. The common kitchen is a professional kitchen.
Upon request it is possible to arrange cooking lessons.
The lush and well groomed garden offers plenty of spaces to be outside enjoying nature. Decorated with local plants such as olive trees and rosemary. The large swimming pool is 16x 8 meters; it has a shower and roman steps to comfortably enter the pool. Here you will find sun beds and umbrellas for some shade. Next to the chalet, there is the covered barbecue area, Furthermore you will find an original antique pizza oven perfect for bread and pizza parties.
In the main house there is a wellness area where you can relax and enjoy the sauna or the hammam. Next to it there is a wine cellar which you can reserve in advance for wine tastings or romantic dinners.
The next town is Poppi, a charming medieval town on top of a hill, you can easily recognize it by its castle, which resembles the “Palazzo Vecchio” castle in Florence, in fact they both have been built by the same architect Arnolfo di Cambio. Worth a visit is also the “Castello di Romena” as well as the now Unesco world heritage forest “parco nazionale delle foreste casentinesi” where you can find beautiful monasteries like the “Monastero di Camaldoli” which dates back to about 1000 A.C. or La Verna about 1200 A.C.
