This lovely two bedroom two bathroom villa is nestled in a hillside overlooking the vast valley of the Arno river. You have fantastic views of the National Park in Casentino and the goregous Tuscan scenery. Newly restored you will find this villa to offer top quality furnishing and accomodations. A small typical Tuscan town is located only 500 yeards below the villa where you will find a tipical Tuscan cafe for an early morning capuccino and little store for any last minute items you may have forgotten your dinner. Above is a beautiful historic church made from the rich gray stone of the area.
There is a terrace area in the front of the villa with tables and chairs where you can easily picnic and enjoy the flavour of Tuscany. You can watch the occassional flock of sheep pass by your front lawn, the owner of the sheep still makes fresh cheese "like in the good old days" which you can find in the local near by markets. You enter a rich pine doorway to enter into a large living room dinning room area with a full face fire place. The room is flushed with sunlight - the owner picked large windows so that the view would not be lost if you wanted to eat your meals inside.
To the left of the living room you will find a small garage stocked with firewood and a clotheswasher. Down a short hallway on your right handside of the main entrance is a fully equipped kitchen and a large window looking down over the valley. There is a full bathroom with bath tub and shower. All rooms are large and sunny.
Up the stairwell you will find two roomy bedrooms, the first has a double bed and a single bed. There is access to an outside terrace directly outside this bedroom. Down the short hallway you will find a second bathroom and the second double bedroom. The first floor opens to a second terrace with deck chairs and a table.
A beautiful panoramic pool with deck chairs and tables. This is the perfect touch to this already splendid villa.
