The house has four large bedrooms and four baths. Eight persons will comfortablly be able to spread out and enjoy their vacation with the natural silence of the Tuscna landscape. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom as well as a large bathroom with a shower. A stairway out of sandstone leads to the first floor where you will find the main part of the villa.
This stairway flows into the central corridor in the first floor. To the right one enters into the living room with its open fireplace and a cozy sitting group. To the left of the corridor there is the kitchen and the dining room. Off of the living room one has direct access to one of the bedrooms (with a double bed). Through a short hallway there are two other bedrooms (both with 2 single beds that can be come two double beds upon request). There are two bathrooms next to these bedrooms. One bath with a tub and the other with tub and shower cabin. The baths very are nicely decorated with original Italian ceramics and double sink.
The private lake, only 100 meters from the villa, is the special feature of the house FORNACE. Perfect for outdoor swimming. The lake is surrounded by an age old forest filled with oaks and chestnut. On the bank of the lake there are many possibilities for a picnic or simply relaxing with a good book. The lake is an oasis for those looking for the authentic at Tuscan area, not touched by industry or tourism, filled with quite and peace - then go no further. The villa has a private garden area with a grill and garden furnishings such astables, chairs, and parasol.
Thanks to its central situation, one reaches Siena, Arezzo, Cortona and Florence in only 30-50 minutes respectively. The freeway is only 15 minutes. The owner offers an internal tennis court only 5 minutes by foot. A golf course with 18 holes is only 20 minutes away.
FORNACE is a spacious freestanding villa with access to an enormous large lake. Situated in a central part of Tuscan, Italy this villa is found between Lucignano and Siena, surrounded by local vineyards and olive groves. The landscape is basically unchanged from the hundreds of years of cultivating grain, fruit and olive oil. It has been compared to the lovely images produced by Raffaelo and Michelangelo.
