Cortona in Collina

This luxury property has been recently renewed into a beautifully decorated house. The villa is set on a strategic position to give you the best view over Cortona valley. You might notice the infinity pool has been built in such a way that you will swim into the valley. Perfect to enjoy your vacation under the Tuscan sun, enjoying the view while dining in the garden. 

The freestanding villa has in total 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with 5-burner stove, dishwasher, fridge, sink, cutlery and all pots and pans you will need to cook. Next to the kitchen, there is a dining room with table and chairs, further on you will find a sitting room with a sofa bed for 2 people. Next, you reach a bedroom with a double bed and its own fully equipped bathroom. On the ground floor there is a second fully equipped bathroom, in the patio where you find the stairs which lead to the upper floor.

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, and a fully equipped bathroom. One of the bedrooms opens to a large terrace. 

All bathrooms in the villa have a shower, a wc, a bidet and a sink.

Cortona in Collina has been decorated with care and design furniture, which gives a bright, clean, welcoming touch to the house.

In the outside area, you can enjoy the covered terrace, with a large table and chairs as well as a mini outdoor kitchen. Perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast with a view! The garden is well groomed and leads to the infinity pool overlooking the valley and olive groves. The pool, 9x4 meters large and 1,20 and 1,50 m deep, is safe for children, as it is completely fenced in. You can access it by small gate and staircase. Here you will find a shower, sun beds and umbrella for a bit of shade.

The property is completely fenced in. You can access it through a car gate or a pedestrian gate.

There is internet Wi-Fi in the property, as well as air conditioning in the bedrooms on the first floor. The bedroom on the ground floor keeps the temperature quite cool, therefore, there is no need for AC here.

The location here is excellent, right outside the walls of CORTONA, one of the most beautiful fortified cities in Italy, very important for its history, architecture and arts. Not far from Lago Trasimeno (in the picture), about 12 km from the villa, the largest lake in central Italy. Easy communication with the most important art towns in Tuscany and Umbria, like Florence, Arezzo, Perugia, Siena, San Gimignano. In Cortona you can find public transportation for many day-trips, and not only this but supermarket, pharmacy, veggie market, bar, good restaurants, wine shops.
