VILLA RIPOLI is a large Tuscan manor house, located in a splendid position, on the hills south of Florence overlooking the whole city. The center of Florence can be reached in 15 minutes. The Villa has a large garden with old cypress trees and a beautiful olive grove. Besides the main villa there are two smaller freestanding houses. The ancient watchtower, dating back to the 14th century and the mini-villa Violetta. The watchtower holds 2 apartments. TOSCA on the ground floor and MIMI on the first floor.
VIOLETTA, 100 sq.m. is a charming little house completely freestanding in between old olive trees. It has a private terrace with a wonderful view over Florence, the Arno river and the cupola of the cathedral. Violetta has 2 bedrooms which open directly into the garden through large glass doors. The living room has a fully equipped eat-in-kitchen and large windows with an amazing view. The house has air conditioning, SKY-TV and dishwasher. Maximum 4 persons.
The splendid pool 12x6 m. and the garden, both in a panoramic position with superb views, are perfectly maintained. Florence, which offers much to a visitor, can be reached with public transport within 15 min; medieval streets, squares and buildings, as well as modern stores, fashion boutiques, shoe shops and jewelry stores all at your finger tips. Arezzo, Cortona, Luca, Pisa, Siena, Montalcino and the Chianti area can be reached easily in daytrips. The pool will be shared with the owners.

You prepare the meal together and at the end of the day share your home made meal with the entire group. The Italian language is taught at three different levels, from absolute beginners to experienced speakers. The drawing instructor shows step by step the techniques of painting and drawing.
