This bedroom has a typical Tuscan double bed made of wrought iron and surrounded by a classic mosquito net. On the second floor, a mansard accessed by a spiral staircase. There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds which can be arranged as a double upon request.
There is a TV, a DVD player and a safe in the bedroom. You have an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi hydromassage bathtub with a handheld shower nozzle, WC, sink and bidet. The charm of this bathroom is a balcony from where you can see the pool area and the garden.
The swimming pool is one of a kind. It is 6 x 12m wide and 1,20m to 1,60m depth. The pool is charmingly decorated with an arch with Roman steps - child friendly. There is a surrounding park of around 6.000 square meters where children can play, the park is completely fenced in. Around the swimming pool you have a solarium of "terracotta" bricks and a large covered terrace where to have meals or drinks by the pool. All equipments as tables, chairs and deck-chairs are provided. The villa has at guests disposal 4 mountain-bikes and 2 bikes, ping-pong table and soccer game facilities.
The location is perfect: walking distance from Foiano della Chiana, where you find all basic amenities like food, pharmacy and shop facilities. Day-trips are easy and funny, you are from 30 to 50 min drive from storic towns like Cortona, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and Florence. Close to the highway tolbooth you will find a big Outlet Center where you will find the most famous Italian and international brands!
SPECIAL: A warm Jacuzzi for 6 people has been recently built, under a charming gazebo, beside the swimming pool. As even on summer or off season, you will have a great relaxing spot where to have a warm or cold hydromassage to recharge all your energy while admiring the panorama of Foiano della Chiana.
Chiana Villa is provided of much day-time space. The owner, who lives on the property, is an architect, so every single detail has been taken care of. Through the main entrance you access to a large living-room, composed by an original fireplace, precious furnitures and a large table for up to 12 persons, a sitting-room with 4 big sofas, satellite TV, VCR VHS, DVD, radio and a porch with chairs.
Adjacent to the secondary entrance there is the big kitchen with dish-washer, oven-plate, microwave oven, maxi-refrigerator and big freezer, TV plus a bathroom with shower.
For those who don't want to loose their shape, even with all temptations of the Tuscan cuisine, you will find a gym in the garden area, in a shady cool area protected from the sun, equipped for all kinds of physical exercise.
