Its mainly cultivated with olive groves and vineyards, allowing plenty of space to walk and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the property's extensive grounds. The hills above are graced by the old pilgrims trail lined with seven antique hamlets, topped by the Vallombrosa Abby locally known for a visit from the Queen of England. There is a 12 x 6 metre pool a few metres away from the villa.
Inside, the traditional beamed ceilings and terracotta floors are highlighted by lovely furnishings and walls painted in rich pastel colours . Entering through the front door the fully fitted kitchen to the left is equipped with oven, gas hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Ahead four steps take you down to the living room which has a beautiful old fire place which can also be used for grilling meat in true Tuscan style.
