The owner will be very glad to prepare meals for your group, upon request. She and her friendly family live in a small apartment in the property, and will help you with anything you need. The villetta called Edera, located right in front of the main villa is an independent little house that holds 6 people. It is composed by a kitchen with a glass door that opens to the garden; a cosy living room with SAT-TV and a charming fireplace; 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size double beds and the third one has twin beds. The bathroom is large and equipped with shower box, bidet, WC and sink. All bedrooms have windows that open to the swimming pool area. The main entrance of the villetta offers a separated patio furnished with table and chairs, and a portable grill for outdoor meals.

You will be delighted of the beauty of this welcoming villa and its friendly owner. The property belongs to the family for 8 generations, and holds a historical archive where it is also possible to have a local wine tasting. The villa is completely renovated, preserving its original characteristics like the thick stone walls, fired-bricked floors and high wooden beamed ceilings.
Located in walking distance (about 1km gravel road) from a town, you will be close to a train station to easily get to Arezzo or Florence, to supermarkets, shops, pharmacy and other conveniences. At the same time you are surrounded by a large green park and an amazing landscape of this special area called Casentino.
The villa is divided in 4 independent flats where families or groups of friends can have their own privacy and in the same time enjoy the fact of travelling together. Each flats will NOT be rented separately, but we only rent the whole Villa to one group.
The biggest flat stays on the first floor, accessed by an external staircase, and is called Gelsomino has a large eat-in kitchen fully equipped with 4-burner stove, dishwasher, stainless steel sink and microwave. In the middle there is a cosy living room with SAT-TV, comfortable sofas and a warm fireplace.
On the left side there is a spacious double bedroom and another bedroom with two different beds: a French bed (120 cm wide) and a single bed. On the right side you have a twin bedroom; in the middle there is a full bathroom with shower box, WC, bidet and sink.
Next apartment located on the ground floor is Glicine, where you find a cosy dining room with kitchen corner, equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, massive wooden table and chairs. Each kitchen is provided of all necessary cookware and table ware; linen is provided once a week.

In the property you will find also a small shop where you can purchase wine, extra virgin olive oil, jam and other homemade and very tasty products. There is available even a book that tells the history of the local family and small town of Cenina. You will breath not only fresh air but also a lot of history in this place!
Day-trips to Arezzo and Florence are very easy and fun. You can even walk to Capolona and take the train that takes you to Arezzo, from where you have trains or buses for all important cities and areas in Tuscany! If you like to drive, instead, don’t miss visits to Poppi and the Casentino National Park, to Siena and Chianti area, or to Cortona and Lake Trasimeno and Perugia.
Every weekend at Arezzo there is a very interesting antique trade market that takes place at the main square. You will find all kinds of products to furnish a house no matter in which style, but even if you are not interested on purchasing anything, a walk around the stands is certainly an amazing experience!
