The villa is situated on top of a southern hillside and you can enjoy a 360° panoramic view over the unspoilt Tuscan valley between FLORENCE and AREZZO.
Far and wide you are not able to see houses, streets or pylons. Only typical Tuscan fields, meadows, olive trees, grapevine and cypresses.
50 hectar private land belongs to the villa. The owners - a young couple - live approx. 5 minutes away from the villa. Federico follows biological agriculture and his wife looks after villa and takes care of the guests. Katerina speaks fluent english.
The pool area is an unique highlight of VILLA SOLE BELLA. Some steps lead you from the house to the 6 x 14m large pool. Here you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening hours. You can relax and get impressed by the overwhelming panorama. There is also a nice covered terrace next to the pool - ideal gahtering place for a wine tasting with friends.
Passing the archway you find on your left hand side a large living- and dining room with open fire place and cosy living room suite. In the back there is a large dining table for up to 16 people.
Here you find also a large SAT-TV with german and english programmes.
Two spacious and bright bedrooms - each with double bed and own bathroom - are situated downstairs on the right hand side from the entrance.
There is also a comfortably equipped kitchen and laundry with washing machine, ironing board and a guest bathroom at the ground floor.
An old staircase made of sandstone leads up to the first floor of VILLA SOLE BELLA.
On the right side there is a completely independant apt. It is composed by a large bedroom with double bed and bathroom with tub and shower.
From the sleeping area you pass through an archway into the living-/dining-room with a kitchenette. It is an ideal place for some of the group who want to be independant.
Left hand side you reach the second large kitchen. Also this kitchen is completely furnishes with all necessary comfort as dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer, and households like an american coffee maker and more. There is a large dining table for up to 8 people and a living room with open fire place, SAT-TV and comfortable living room suite.
A corridor leads from the living room to both of the bedrooms - one with double bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with tub, shower, WC, bidet and sink. All bathrooms are newly renovated and elegantly designed.
Thanks to its large outside area, the spacious terraces and pool area this villa is an ideal vacation rental also for larger groups.
Pool and garden are completely private. The next village with shops and restaurant is approx. 3km distant from the villa.
