Located in an olive oil producing estate, only 3 km from Marti, a cosy small town immersed in the countryside of theArno valley, the villa is easily reachable from the airport of Pisa, within only 40 minutes drive. The most important art cities of Tuscany are handy by car: Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca, Florence and all Chianti wineries. The closest town, Marti has a cosy church with frescoes, shops, cafes and good restaurants.
The villa is located on a hill among 3 hectares of woods and olive groves, enjoying stunning views of the green Tuscan countryside. The villa is surrounded by a private lush garden and is really secluded. The area is well known for the famous and rare white truffles, the most expensive and delicious ones.
The villa can be accessed by a private road, that leads directly to the private garden and main entrance, which leads to a drawing room with a rich library, where you find many books in English language and a collection of DVDs. This room is perfect to relax with the available modern equipments: a digital flat screen TV with Sky channels connected to a Bose sound system.
On the right side, there is a wide living room of 60 square metres, an open fireplace and with French windows, overlooking the view of the whole Arno valley. The dining room is adjacent and offers a large table with seats for the whole group to have meals together. A terracotta staircase leads to the kicthen, on the first floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is nothing missing to prepare all kinds of meals. There are 2 electric ovens, a gas stove and a halogene electric hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and all necessary kitchen ware and table ware. Besides, the villa offers on the ground floor a laundry equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board.
On the first floor, are located 3 large double bedrooms, each one with its own en-suite bathroom, fully equipped with shower.
The master bedroom is a large comfortable double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, WC, sink and bidet. This brand new bathroom has a jet shower either.
The fourth bedroom is furnished with twin beds, and has its own private en-suite bathroom as well, fully equipped with shower, WC, bidet and sink.
The owner has taken much care about the villa’s furniture, modern equipments and decoration. The villa has been furnished to be a home, so each detail has been tastefully considered to create an accommodating environment. The villa has been recently resnovated , so all sheets, mattresses and bed structures are brand new and comfortable. Kitchen, laundry equipments and other household appliances are all modern and new.
Both cooling and heating system are new and innovative. The cooling effect is given by a cold water underfloorr cooling system. Very effectiv and 100% ecologic. The heating system is green and modern, it is a geothermic system, which means it takes the heat from underground instead of using oil or methane gas. The whole house has an under floor heating / cooling system.
To complete the beauty of this villa, a brand new private swimming pool have been built close to the villa. It is an infinity pool, surrounded by a lovely equipped area that enjoys a stunning panorama. The pool area offers a gazebo, sun loungers and umbrellas, for the comfort of all guests, some armchairs and an outdoor shower.

The propety itself is full of history, as long as the owners of the estate belong to a local family with its origins on the 14th century, so many members of this family have participated in the political life of Florence, from when it was a Republic, passing through the golden period of the Medici’s government to the Lorena’s Grand Duchy. Besides, at Montopoli Museum, the minicipality where the villa is located, within 2 km away, you can see much of the Ancient history of this area, related to the Etruscan civilization.
The villa owners can offer many services to their guests: a cook is available to come in the villa and prepare a great Tuscan menu, maid service and baby sitting are available upon rquest. The villa has fast Internet Acess with Wifi!! . A baby cot if needed can be provided. Pets are welcome. Bikes are available on site.
